Our trees
After 4 years, the second phase follows (4x transplanted trees). The trees are grubbed up again and replanted with a wider planting distance on a new plot where the soil is nutritious and clean again. The trees are often pruned back considerably and subsequently there is an annual guidance pruning and a top check.
The trunk size of 4x transplanted trees:
- 20-25 cm
- 25-30 cm
- 30-35 cm
measured at 100 cm from the ground.
